Seafood: What To Order?

If you are dining out at a seafood restaurant, or any restaurant for that matter, it is always a struggle to try to pick the right meal that you are craving.

However, if you are dining at a seafood restaurant, some great, healthy options for you would be scallops, shrimp or crab meat. These options, although they are not the most filling, can be cooked to perfection whether they are broiled, grilled, or seared. If you are choosing to dine healthily, I would not recommend ordering your dish fried.
